Person-Centred Psychotherapy in Norfolk.

WELCOME

People come to therapy for many different reasons. You might feel low, overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. You may be struggling with relationships, loss, change, or long-standing emotional patterns. Sometimes there aren’t clear words yet — just a sense that something doesn’t feel right. You don’t need a diagnosis, a neat story, or a clear goal to begin.

I offer a warm, confidential space where you can talk at your own pace and be met with care, respect, and without judgement.

How I work

I work in a person-centred way, which means our work is shaped around you.

Rather than giving advice or telling you what to do, I aim to walk alongside you — listening carefully, helping you explore your experiences, and supporting you to reconnect with your own understanding and inner resources.

Therapy with me is collaborative and relational. There is no pressure to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or move faster than feels right. We can take things slowly.

Who I work with

I work with adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including:

  • anxiety or low mood

  • feeling overwhelmed or disconnected

  • relationship difficulties

  • grief and loss

  • questions of meaning or identity

  • long-standing emotional patterns

You don’t need to know exactly what’s “wrong”. If you’re struggling, that is enough.

Getting started

Our first session is an opportunity to meet, talk a little about what’s brought you here, and see whether working together feels right. There is no obligation to continue beyond this.

Starting therapy can feel daunting. You’re welcome to contact me for an informal conversation to see whether working together feels right for you.
